Documentation
- Request for Opening a Legal Person Account.
- Corporate Resolution. (The information must be digital)..
- Photocopy of the Tax Information Registry of the Company, legible and current.
- Photocopy of the Articles of Incorporation, with its latest modifications, if any.
- Identification document of (the) legal representative (s) of the company, legible and current.
- Last income tax return.
- Photocopy of the latest Financial Statement of the Company. In the event that the annual income exceeds US $ 3,000,000, you must submit audited statements. If you do not have Financial Statements, enter the last three Account Statements of the Company.
- Copy of a service receipt (electricity, telephone, water, gas, cable, cell phone) in the name of the company with the address of the company. The receipt must not be more than four (4) months old.
- Two (2) bank references or two (2) commercial references or a combination.
- Original of the Company’s Form W-8BEN-E.
Signatory Documentation
- Original of the Signatory Registration Form.
- Photocopy of the Identity Card or Passport, legible and current.
- Copy of a service receipt (electricity, telephone, water, gas, cable, cell phone) in the name of the applicant with the address of the residence. The receipt must not be more than four (4) months old.
