- Original Application for opening a natural person account.
- Photocopy of the Identity Card or Passport, legible and current.
- Original form W-8BEN.
- Original Work Certificate or Income Certification (up to three months old).
- Copy of a service receipt (electricity, telephone, water, gas, cable, cell phone) in the name of the applicant with the address of the residence. The receipt must not be more than four (4) months old.
- One (1) bank reference.
